Basic TOS
·Paypal only and EUR (€) payments
·Do not send money until I say so
·Commissioner can re-upload the image with credits
·Artwork cannot be used commercially, or claimed as your own
·Refunds given based on how much work is done
·MY WORK CANNOT BE USED FOR AI GENERATORS OR NFTs

In Depth TOSSECTION I. IMAGE COPYRIGHT1· I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.2· All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or other is a big no no (except in the case of collaboration)3·Conditions for Reposting
The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.If these terms are broken, you will be privately blacklisted from commissioning me.SECTION II. PAYMENT INFORMATION1· I only accept payments sent in EUR (because I don't want to have to convert every payment to a different currency and lose money in the process)2· It is the commissioner's responsibility to tell me when the payment has been sent. Because I often don't receive notification (or I'm just not at my computer at the time of payment to see) so a reminder to tell me that you've sent the money.Refund Policy1· If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.2· If the customer cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be calculated of where the work stopped.3· No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.4· If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.SECTION III. I could send some Wips to make sure everything's good. (Certain commission types may or may not include a sketch approval stage for 2D ART)3·Revisions and edits
After the sketch or Retexture (Or other 3D Stuff) has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made.
If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.If you do not want me to post your commission online, you must tell me when you order.

So the prices here are not really complicated!The price will depend on the work to be done! (Contact me to talk about it)but in general the lowest price is 25 euro and the highest 75 euro for Retexture.And then it can go up if you want to add/edit to the 3D model.Small note, I don't make any Avatar for Quest, Only PCHere are some examples! (my favorites❤️)

And here is the complete list of all the Avatars I have in stock (The most recent avatars added to my List are the ones at the top of the list)To take a commission, here's the most important rule Both me and the client must own the avatar or Asset.I won't accept that you don't have your license to support the Artists who are doing a crazy job (if I learn that you lied to me you'll be blacklisted and reported to the creator avatar or asset)If some avatars aren't on the list, it's because I've lost my BOOTH account, so I no longer have access to those files.
